Straight Quintuple Pedestal for current Philips Hue Remotes

Five is usually the whole house: every room with Hue lights in it, in an order you set once. The quintuple is a single piece 222 mm (8.7 in) long, so a full set reads as one object rather than five separate ones in a line.

This remote - the newer one, with the hue wordmark on the bottom button - already has a magnet in it, so the pedestal carries the steel slug that magnet grips. It sets down at an angle you can read and press without picking it up, and lifts straight off when the battery needs changing. Non-slip silicone feet keep the pedestal put on glass, wood or stone, and it is shaped so that pressing the top button does not tip it.

More than 20 colors. Each filament is either matte or glossy, so the finish comes with the color. Speckled Black is a graphite base with shiny white specks in it, and Cookies & Cream a cool-white base with black specks.

The same pedestal is made as a single, double, triple and quadruple, and a 3+3 sextuple. We also build combination pedestals that hold two kinds of remote on one base, so a Hue and a Lutron Caseta Pico can share one.
