Double Pedestal for earlier Philips Hue Remotes

Two Hue remotes rarely stay near each other. One ends up beside the bed, the other on a shelf across the room, and neither is where you are standing when you want the lights down. The double holds both in 96 mm (3.8 in), close enough that you reach for a pair instead of hunting for one.

This remote - the earlier one, with OFF on the bottom button - has no magnet of its own, only a steel slug, so the magnet goes in the pedestal. It sets down onto it at an angle you can read and press without picking it up, and lifts straight off when the battery needs changing. Non-slip silicone feet keep the pedestal put on glass, wood or stone, and it is shaped so that pressing the top button does not tip it.

More than 20 colors. Each filament is either matte or glossy, so the finish comes with the color. Speckled Black is a graphite base with shiny white specks in it, and Cookies & Cream a cool-white base with black specks.

The same pedestal is made as a single, triple, quadruple and quintuple, and a 3+3 sextuple.
